Does the X11 voice remote work with the All-room DVR remote terminal? If not, will it in the future?

outage of xfinity tv
Why does it take so long for comcast to restore service we pay for EVERY month? We never receive credits for outage of service even though representives promise to do so.
xfinity cable tv has been out since near 6:00 pm. We are receiving a post stating "software update this may take a few minutes" on our screen. Now this has been ongoing right at 4 hours. This is irriating that without any bad weather or storms as huge company cannot resolve this issue in a more timely manner. Direct TV here we come back to you.
Get off your fat bank accounts and restore our service.

Please Provide Last Channel Functionality
Please provide a true Last Channel functionailty on the X1 remote/boxes. Since the dawn of the television remote control, there has been a "Last Channel" feature. This is true for 20 year old telelvisions and cable box systems.
The current implementation of the "Last Channel" key, is actually "History" -- which, can be cool, and I think having a multi-channel history is a nice feature. However, it is not a "Last Channel" feature. There needs to be both. This could easily be implemented in the Preferences section.
Why Must I Press "OK" to change a channel?
The channel changing feature on the X1 Remote is terrible. Terrible is not the work I would choose, but the 3rd-world country that Xfinity uses to developer their forum flagged the word I wanted to use as a "bad word". Please... The word I wanted to use is the same thing a vacuum cleaner does. But, I digress.
With the previous 42 Comast remotes, one simply entered the channel. Several months ago on the pre-X1 remotes/boxes I discovered that I had to enter a 0 before entering the channel. This was, apparently, due to 2 channels being 4-digit channels -- one was just an info channel that whined about your "old" cable box.
Well, I upgraded to X1, and not because of the annoying pop-ups -- in fact, I would have upgraded sooner but these pop-ups annoyed me so much, I delayed, wondering if I should just toss all the equipment and switch to Satellite. Xfinity gets 1 year...
Now with X1, even if I hit that magic '0', the channel still doesn't change. Instead, the channel I want to watch shows up in a list, that also contains other potential choices...like movies with the value 267 in them. This is just stupid. The keypad is at the bottom of the remote, and the "Ok" button is at the top. I really don't want to constantly keep both hands on my remote just so I can change channels.
X1 is a nice system, but the remote has moved backwards...and don't tell me to use the voice option instead. Just simply make a useful remote, and provide simple features that have existed on a remote since the late 80's.

X1 Remote Lag
Hello,
I am having terrible lag between when i press my remote and the time it takes for the guide to load or for the on demand screen to pop-up. I am also having a lag between when i press the pause or play on my tv and when the tv actually responds.
When i press the remote, I immediately see the green light on the cable box pop-up but there is a 5-7 second delay until the tv responds.
I have the RNG 150N cable box and the XR5 v4-U remote.
This is not an issue on my DVR box in another room.
Any help would be much appreciated
Re: DVR service unavailable 3/12/2016
It has been saying that there is an outage is the area with only the x1 tv platform. Only one of my set top boxes is not working. Is anyone else having this problem? I am in Rome, GA
Can I trade my old X1 remote for the new advertised one with voice at no charge?

X1 Sports App
Good evening! We are aware of an issue preventing some users from accessing the X1 Sports App. We realize this is an awesome feature and we are working diligently to address the issue. Thank you for your patience.
Pairing x1 Voice remote
The other day I picked up (at an Xfinity store) a voice remote for my main HD box in the living room. Paired it with Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar. Remote works both perfectly (turns both on and off and controls sound in sound bar). While at the store, rep told me to bring in my secondary HD box from my bedroom setup and I could swap it for the current model and use a voice remote for that setup, too. Did the swap.
Hooked up the new box and and paired with the TV - no problem. The problem lies with the receiver which supples the audio. It's a Sherwood receiver and I located the appropriate code, went through the pairing process and was able to control the sound level with the voice remote. Here's the problem: with the TV off and the receiver in Standby mode, I can press the "All Power" button and both the TV AND the receiver will turn on. But, when I push the "All Power" button again, only the TV will turn off - the receiver stays on - it does not go into Standby mode. I was on the phone with an Xfinity tech for over 1 hour with no luck in fixing the problem. I waited a few hours, called back and spoke with a different tech who said he had the same problem and I was lucky that the living room remote turned both the TV and sound bar on and off. I then tried ALL the codes for Sherman receivers. The first one only turns the receiver 'on' not 'off', a couple didn't work at all, and the last only turned the receiver 'off' not 'on'. Arghhhhh . . . . .
Is there something else I can try?
Thanks
X1 Box Needs Reboot Weekly
About every week to ten days, the X1 box (one of the satellites; not the main box) will not work. I unplug it, leave it for a minute and plug it back in. It then boots up and works ... until the next time. Any suggestions? Bad box? Thanks in advance for any advice.
Log out of Pandora on tv?

Can't find new show listings on x1
I found a place that showed new tv shows premiering on X1 but I can no longer find it. Can anybody tell me how to find them again?
Is there any way to access TV's menu with X1 Remote?
My question is if there is anyway to get my new X1 remote to do the same function? I just need it to be able to turn the TV off, don't need the cable box to turn off or go to sleep or power save mode. Or is the X1 remote's control over the TV strictly limited to powering on and off, and volume?
Just opened X1 box & surprised by "wireless gateway"
I have Comcast's Triple Play, a Comcast-rented modem, and my own Apple Airport Extreme for my home network. So, do I need the Wireless Gateway just for the new X1 box? Or does it take the place of either my current modem or Airport Extreme? The modem & Airport are in the basement; would I just keep the Wireless Gateway upstairs right next to the TV? I'm just not sure what it's for! Thanks.
StreamTv, great concept, AWEFUL product and support

Mine is 105 degrees.
Cloud: No Way To Set Up Favorite Channels
If there is a way to set up favorite channels on the Cloud site I did not see it.
This would be a good feature to have so I don't have to scroll through all the listings to get to the channels I want to see the listings for.
The regular tv listings page does let one set up favorites. I have mine set up on it. I rarely have to set up a recording from online but when I do I will use the regular listings site so I can do it from Favorites.
